Kimberly was the best realtor I could have asked for. This was my first time moving out of state and she did everything she could to take the stress out of the buying process. I originally found her through her YouTube channel when I was doing research on the city to decide if I wanted to move here. She went above and beyond and was always very prompt in returning my calls and messages. I can’t think of a single thing she could have done that she didn’t. If anyone I know is moving to Tucson I wouldn’t suggest anyone else.

Where do I start with a review of our experience with Kimberly? She is simply at the top of her game. She far exceeded our hopes and expectations. You don’t want a part time agent - you want someone who is fully committed to you and who loves her city and Kimberly more than fits the bill. We are Canadian and this led to a few more wrinkles and hurdles and she navigated it all smoothly. She has so much local knowledge and her network is vast. Restaurant recommendations, best car washes in town, you name it!

“My wife and I moved to Tucson, Arizona from Alberta Canada for a job I got in January and we contacted Kimberly after finding out about her through her YouTube channel. Amazingly when we phoned her, she got back to us within an hour spoke with us to learn our needs and toured us around Tucson to view houses she thought we might like based on the criteria we gave her over the course of several days. When things got tough with the builder and lender due to complications with our citizenship Kimberly was there for us every step of the way. She was our advocate and cheerleader and helped us keep sane in the least sane time of our lives (in terms of buying as foreign buyers in the U.S.) Kimberly went above and beyond x10 on several occasions to make sure that she did everything possible to help us get our house and we are now happily in our new home here in Tucson thanks in no small part to her! Kimberly was amazing through our whole buying process. She went above and beyond to ensure we got the house of our dreams. Being an out of state buyer she was truly our “boots on the ground”!, Kimberly would go out to our houses of interest, video and give great commentary bringing each house to life! Several months ago my husband and I had the great fortune to reach out to Kimberly as we were contemplating a cross country move from New York to Tucson. We were amazed when she responded to our text for information within a few minutes, not only with a quick answer, but with insightful and detailed information we hadn't even considered. That first text was the beginning of a conversation that has continued over the past eight months and culminated with us building a home in Tucson and recently closing. We have Kimberly to thank for making this dream possible. Not only did she serve as a brilliant and professional realtor, but she went out of her way to attend to all of the details with us, virtually holding our hands at times, and going above and beyond (often unasked) to make us a part of the process, even though we weren't physically able to be there. We found Kimberly on-line. She reached back out to us immediately. We flew into the Tucson area multiply times and she was always very giving of her time. She has a crazy knowledge of the area and was always up front and very transparent on all that we discussed. She has a passion for what she does and made it very easy on us to pick the home of our dreams. You hear horror stories about home buying and the process, but Kimberly was right by our side. If you are looking for a house in the Tucson market, choose Kimberly and I promise you will make the right choice.

Kimberly came highly recommended by some close friends who recently moved to Tucson, and we are so happy we took their advice! We made an offer on a new construction home while we were visiting Tucson back in November. Kimberly was fabulous. She provided weekly updates via videos. She attended the two hour walk through for us and sent us a video that she took from her Go Pro that provided all the information we needed for our new home. Kimberly is a native Tucsonan and knows the area and has been in the business for many years. We highly recommend using Kimberly as your Realtor. We had an outstanding experience with Kimberly while buying our house in Tucson. She was a perfect match for us. She had lots of knowledge of every aspect of the process and was always very responsive to our questions and requests. This review is far past due as my wife and I have been very busy. Sorry. Five stars is not enough to truly rate Kimberly. She is best real estate agent my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We bought from out of state, but she made the process very easy and seamless, and went above and beyond many times to make this the best buying experience, including weekly video walkthroughs as our house was being built so we could see the progress. She is very professional, experienced, and has a vast knowledge of the area, as well as some fantastic YouTube videos. We would highly recommend her and we are sure if anyone reading this review chose her as an agent, you would find that every word of this is true, and more. The house warming gift was perfect, and very practicle, things we needed while moving in. Thank you so much Kimberly.

We could not be happier with the experience that Kimberly brought to our search and the eventual purchase of our new home. We watched her u-tube videos for months prior to contacting her and setting up our first meeting. She listened to our interests and preferences and found homes we could envision ourselves in. We felt very confident every step of the way due to the in-depth content of her videos which addressed all aspects of our relocation process. Kimberly is an amazing realtor! We found her from watching her informative videos about Tucson on YouTube and she really met our needs. She was very easy to get in touch with, always returned phone calls and texts in a very short amount of time, and had a lot of good insight into what areas of Tucson would work best for us. In a competitive buyers market, she was able to help us by sending us properties that would fit our family’s needs, navigate the offer process, take us to appointments in person or virtually (we lived 6 hours away) and helped making the contract and closing process go very smoothly. She has a great personality too, which is important when you are moving into a new area and want to feel comfortable with who you are doing business with. As a family who has bought homes in the past, I can honestly say that Kimberly will be with you throughout the process and help you find the home that is right for you.

I moved from Pennsylvania to Tucson, Arizona with Kimberly’s help. I worked with her for 2wks to develop a list of houses to tour when I went to Arizona for 5days. Kimberly was very attentive to detail and understood my urgency to find a home that met specific criteria. Upon my arrival to Arizona, Kimberly spent many hours a day with me (toured 12 houses in 2 days). Kimberly helped me place a same day offer, which was then accepted. She then also helped to coordinate a home inspection and termite inspection the next day. I then flew back to Pennsylvania while Kimberly stayed in close contact to help coordinate other inspections and handyman work prior to closing on the home. I am now driving out to Arizona with Kimberly still in close contact in order to complete last minute details. Kimberly is also coordinating a time to meet me at the home to hand over the keys. I can honestly say, if it wasn’t for all of Kimberly’s help, buying a Tucson house while being out of state would have been extremely difficult. Kimberly is very knowledgeable about the Tucson area and the local housing market. Kimberly’s easy going personality made buying my first home easy and enjoyable, even with me coming from across the country. I highly recommend Kimberly for anyone looking to move to the Tucson area.

We feel the highest compliment we can give a realtor is to use them more than once, and we already purchased two properties with Kim and plan to use her with our next purchase. We feel communication with your agent is one of the most important qualities needed and no one communicates better than Kim. We are moving to Arizona from out of state and she made everything run smoothly. She works hard for her clients anytime of the day or night. We found out we were moving to Tucson in October and started looking up videos about pros/cons, neighborhoods, etc… that’s how we found Kimberly. She was a Tucson YouTube superstar. We both loved how honest she was in her videos, so when it was time to look for a realtor the choice was obvious. When we met her in person it was like meeting an old friend. She was super helpful, honest and straightforward throughout our entire home buying process. She took us to see so many houses before we finally decided to get new construction. She made our home buying experience easy & fun. At closing she even got us a basket filled with all the things you forget you need when moving into a new place. It was super thoughtful and YES I did forget to get basically all of those items. We would absolutely recommend her to any of our friends, and when it comes time for us to sell our home we will use her for that too.

Kimberly is fantastic!! She is very responsive to questions, keeps you informed on listings, follows up to make sure all details are covered. After you make an offer, she will get the inspections lined up and get you all the necessary paperwork to complete - even if you are remote and don’t live in the area.
